Pokédex Menu

Hello and welcome to the Minami Pokédex! I'm in the process of redoing a few entries and pictures, will be posting a lot in the future with updated critters.

Navigation just below: PREVIOUS goes back one in the list, HOME takes you to the main site again, NEXT goes forward one in the list. To jump to a particular Pokémon straight away, use the drop down menu above to select one, then click 'Go'.

.:PREVIOUS:. .:HOME:. .:NEXT:.
NameThe name of the Fake PokémonThis is where the picture in 400px by 400px is displayed.
NumberThe Pokémon's number, according to the Minami Pokédex. This 'dex begins again at #001 (Wisprout) to avoid confusion with Isshu's Pokédex and any future official Pokédexes.
ElementThe Element of the Pokémon. Back in Red/Blue days, this category was known as 'element type', now in the official world it is merely known as 'type'.
AbilityThe 'ability' of the Pokémon. This facet of battling/world travel was introduced in Ruby/Sapphire games.
Pokédex EntryAny noteworthy information about this particular Pokémon will be written here.
Evolves FromWhat this Pokémon was beforehand. If nothing, this is listed as N/A (not applicable).
Evolves IntoWhat this Pokémon will potentially evolve into. If nothing, this is listed as N/A (not applicable).
Name OriginWhere the Pokémon's name came from. This will probably be a portmanteau of two English words; which is the basic naming scheme of both official and fake Pokémon and is normally adopted here also in Minami's case.
Created ByWho the creator was. This will probably be me, Pixen, or Aaria (Minami's co-creator) or possibly Laurel my sister. Aliases are used in this case, as they are used around the main site as well.
Previously known asIf the Pokémon had any 'beta' names or one which was improved upon, this is where they will be listed.
HistoryAs with the names, so the designs may have changed somewhat during Minami's long history. Here is where these changes, as well as any offhand comments, may be written.
Size ComparisonHere is where two pictures are displayed: said Pokémon in relation to one of my OC's; Piper. Piper is twenty-one years old, so this is not based around the official size comparison charts which display a ten year old girl or boy. PLEASE NOTE: This comparison is only intended to be very general; as with people, so do Pokémon have different heights and widths even in the same species.
